IT has been an interactive voyage into the unknown which has seen hundreds of readers joining in the adventure.
Today we can reveal the winners of the Daily Echo's Mystery Cruise competition.
Norman Price and his partner Annette Marsh were among dozens of readers who correctly predicted the next destination of Saga Ruby on its 14-night mystery cruise, which ended in Southampton yesterday.
They have been drawn as the winners of a four-night cruise on Saga Rose in August after guessing the cruise would visit the Irish port of Cobh in Cork.
Norman, 58, said they were both looking forward to the trip and had been following the adventure of themystery cruise on the Daily Echo website to find out where the passengers and crew would be heading next.
"We saw it on the website and decided to have a go. I've been cruising once before and this is fantastic," he said.
Norman said the prize of a cabin on the four-night Taste of France cruise on board Saga Rose will be extra special as Annette, 57, a teacher for special needs children, will be retiring in July.
"We are really looking forward to it and it has come just at the right time," he added.
The couple from Plymouth were among hundreds of people from across the UK who took part in the competition which followed the luxury ship as it travelled to surprise stops in France, Spain, Ireland and the Channel Islands before returning to Southampton yesterday.
Norman and Annette are the second couple to win a summer cruise with Saga and the Daily Echo after Cilla Mitchell and her husband John won a similar competition in December.
