A SOUTHAMPTON man had his case adjourned for a probation officer to consider the recommendation of a psychiatric report that he does not require treatment in hospital but receives psychiatric assistance as part of a community sentence.
Peter Canning, 33, of Holyrood Avenue, had admitted using threatening words or behaviour, causing damage, and affray.
Canning was further remanded in custody pending sentence at the city crown court on May 9.
