BASSETT Post Office has reopened under new management.
The Winchester Road branch has been closed since 2018, when the store where the Post Office was based closed.
It has since become a Let's Go Local Store.
The service reopened on Friday at 363 Winchester Road, Bassett, with a new postmaster.
Its opening hours are 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 9pm on Sunday.
The same range of Post Office products and services will be offered as before.
Time-restricted parking is available in the layby outside the store, with more roadside parking nearby.
Graham Brander, Post Office network lead, said: “We are delighted to have restored Post Office services to Bassett as we know how important a Post Office is to a community. The opening hours will also make it very convenient to visit."
