AFC Redbridge sealed the title in spectacular fashion, securing a point on their last game of the season.
During the season, the Division Six title could have gone either two ways; AFC Redbridge based in Millbrook or Crusader Sports based in Hedge End. Through out the season, both sides have occupied top spot and second spot and been neck and neck right until the last day of the season.
AFC Redbridge started the season with a 8-2 thrashing at the hands of Crusaders Sports but then found form and continued with an 12 match unbeaten run collecting 24 points. In that run, they beat title hopeful's Oakwood C 5-4 and Crusader Sports 2-1. They also collected a number of goals whilst playing the likes of Alresford Town - beating them 14-0 and Totton Rangers - beating them 11-2.
With one game to play - in the favour of AFC Redbridge, and on the same number of points as Crusader Sports, it was vital for AFC Redbridge to secure at least a point in their last remaining fixture against Oakwood C.
In an excellent played football match, AFC Redbridge managed a point, drawing 3-3 with Oakwood C - lifting the Division Six title in their first Tyro League season.
Manager Sean McCartney commented at the end of the match, "This was a great game, and a fitting finish to a great season for the lads and the club."
Crusader Sports finished second.
