Saints have announced the date for the extraordinary general meeting as called by Rupert Lowe.
It will be held on May 16, at 11.30am.
It was called after ex-chairmen Lowe and Michael Wilde demanded the removal or current PLC chairman Leon Crouch and directors Lee Hoos, Patrick Trant and Keith Wiseman.
The announcement was made around 3.40pm this afternoon, just before the 5pm deadline.
Lowe and Wilde offered the board a deal to stay in power until the end of the season and to avoid an EGM if they agreed to an orderly handover of power on May 6.
By calling the EGM, the current board have indicated that they intend to fight the proposed return to power of Rupert Lowe and Michael Wilde, who control around 46 per cent of the club between them.
