FRIENDS and co-workers are diving straight into fundraising by jumping thousands of feet for charity.
The fun 15 comprising Vosper Thorneycroft staff and family friends are taking up the charity challenge in aid of Hampshire Autistic Society.
The group plans to fall 12,000ft at 120mph in a skydive on June 28.
Veteran fundraiser Aurelio Bello, who collected £7,000 running the London Marathon last week, said: "I wanted to do something different.
"I've had my chest waxed and run a marathon and was running out of ideas. I am a little scared but I will give it my best shot."
Mr Bello, 33, of Somerset Avenue, Harefield, Southampton, has already raised £300 but must make £395 to be able to make the jump in Salisbury.
