SHE has just turned 90 but she is still dancing like a teenager.
Every week Wynn Brown steps out for aerobic classes at the Hampshire Tennis and Health Club in West End.
Wynn has always had a passion for dancing.
For 35 years she ran Latin American and ballroom classes in Portswood, Thornhill and West End, and thousands of pupils owe their skills to Wynn.
When she retired at 81 she said her muscles were starting to get stiff and she was keen to leap into a new activity.
She enrolled in the aerobics class at the health club and enjoys strutting her stuff for half an hour to tunes stretching back to the sixties.
Happy memories' The great-grandmother, who lives in West End, said: "Dancing to all those old tunes brings back some happy memories. It is so relaxing and the company is great.
"Some aerobic moves are like the Cha Cha Cha, so it is like dancing all over again."
Fellow health club members are full of admiration for the sprightly pensioner.
Debbie Allan says: "I think Wynn is fantastic and she also does Salsa. It certainly shows that it's a good way to help you live longer."
Wynn also keeps fit on the exercise bikes and the club's treadmill.
Wynn says her workout at the health club, where she has been voted member of the month, is just what the doctor ordered.
"It's a good way to keep active in your old age," she added.
