THE Government's chief scientific adviser will be the guest speaker at a public lecture at the University of Southampton on Thursday.
Professor John Beddington, pictured, will deliver this year's Vitacress Conservation Trust Annual Environmental lecture at 6pm.
During the event entitled Sustainability in a Changing World he will discuss various global challenges such as population growth, economic expansion and climate change as well as possible solutions to them.
