Tadburn Panthers rounded off their season with a thrilling win against sub cup finalists Littleton.
They took an early lead when Jordan Barnes rounded the keeper, but was forced wide. He just managed to keep the ball in play when he chipped a perfect cross to the far post where George Daniels was on hand to tap in.
Littleton were soon level though when a delicate through ball put Littleton's striker in, who scored at the second attempt after the keeper blocked.
Tadburn seemed to spend the rest of the half camped around the Littleton box, Jordan B was on fire, pouncing on any mistakes and causing all sorts of problems for Littleton's defence.
But after several corners and a couple of goal mouth scrambles, the closest they came was when Jordan hit the post and Bradley couldn't quite reach the rebound. So it remained one all at the break.
It looked like Tadburn had blown their chances when Littleton kicked off the second half and took the lead almost immediately.
A tremendous shot from 18 yards forced Will Hill into a great save, pushing the ball onto the bar, but it came back down for an easy tap in. 1-2.
Littleton continued to threaten for the next ten minutes or so, showing why they've gone all the way to the sub cup final, but Tadburn's back four of Adam, Angus, Harry and James began to turn the tide, and once they got the ball back up the other end, the equaliser soon came.
A corner was only partially cleared back to Jordan Oland, who thumped a high ball into the six yard box where Fraser Harrison jumped with the keeper and got something on it to score his first of the season. 2-2.
Fraser continued to use his strength in the air with an impressive contribution around the pitch, and Tadburn were also grateful to have Jordan Sheath back pulling the strings in midfield after suffering a broken toe.
The defence had to work hard to keep the scores level and Will Hill showed good hands to deal with some more powerful shots.
But it was Tadburn who grabbed the winner with five minutes to go, Bradley went on a mazy run down the left and forced a corner.
Jordan Oland again got a second chance to cross, this time Jordan Barnes controlled the bouncing ball before swivelling to volley into the top corner from twelve yards. Superb!
Tadburn then finished the stronger team, missing two good chances, but still had to concentrate on defending a corner before the whistle went.
Despite great performances from Jordan B, Jordan O, Bradley and Will Hill, it was Fraser who went home with the man of the match award.
Both teams congratulated each other for a fine evenings entertainment, and Tadburn wished Littleton the best of luck in their forthcoming cup final.
