POLICE say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of an Eastleigh man who has been missing from his home for almost a month.
Mark Peter Watts, an unemployed father of three, was last seen by his partner at their home in Newtown Road on April 9, but she has just reported him missing.
He takes regular medication but has not taken any away with him, and a police investigation has found no trace of his whereabouts.
Police inquiries are continually locally but also international with ferries and ports are being checked. Mr Watts has relatives in Spain, and police say it is a possibility he has travelled there.
He is described as being 5ft 8in tall, with blue eyes and brown hair, of slim to medium build, and carries a distinguishing tattoo on his right arm with the names of Shelley, Charlotte and Mark on it. He usually wears jeans and a T shirt.
Police ask anyone with information to contact Eastleigh police on 0845 045 4545, and Mr Watts is also being urged to contact the police to establish he is all right.
