IT'S a palace fit for the wealthiest of WAGs and their celebrity footballing other half.
With a dedicated party area and some of the biggest rooms you have ever seen, it's not hard to imagine some high-class parties being held there.
This impressive multi-million-pound luxury pad has just come on to the market.
Complete with its own cinema, gym, spa, games room, sauna, steam room, and cellar with room for 3,000 bottles of wine, it's in a class of its own.
Built on the site of a former cattle farm, Longridge Farm at Swanmore, near Bishop's Waltham, the £2.8m home comes with five acres of grounds.
Peter Nobbs, from Lee-on-the-Solent, who oversaw the building of the six-bedroom home, said: "We really tried to build something that fits in on the site and looks like it's been there for some time, but also has a lot of contemporary features. It's a contemporary home with a traditional feel. It's a fantastic house, the rooms are huge and there's nothing else like it in the area. It's unique in visual appearance and location."
The house includes some unusual features, such as a glass floor over a well in the kitchen, fibre optic ceiling lights in the party area, a huge Swarovski crystal chandelier in the hall, and a laundry chute from the enormous kitchen to the basement utility room.
There is also a luxurious bathroom adjoined to the master bedroom, complete with a pebbled wet area and twin waterfall showers.
Peter, who designed the house along with Andrew Vincent from Southampton property company Eastsnow Homes Ltd, explained: "The inspiration for that bathroom came from the Maldives and Mauritius, so it feels almost as if you are standing outside."
Matthew Hallett, from agents Dreweatt Neate in Winchester, said: "As examples of contemporary homes go, this one stands head and shoulders above most of the rest."
