SOUTHAMPTON motorists have been urged to plan ahead today as hundreds of cruise passengers arrive in the city.
A high number of cruise passengers are expected in the city today with several cruise ships arriving and departing.
Those across the city have been urged to plan their journeys to the waterfront.
The Southampton International Boat Show is also running this weekend, meaning much higher footfall in the city.
Southampton City Council Highways said: "High volumes of cruise passengers are expected in the city today with several cruise ships arriving/departing.
"Please continue to plan any journeys to the waterfront in advance as it will be busy."
