SOUTHAMPTON City Council is applying for a warrant to evict one caravan of travellers.
They set up camp near St Denys train station two weeks ago, but have not moved despite being asked.
The unauthorised encampment has been at the car park at Priory Hard, Priory Road since at least Tuesday two weeks ago.
As of noon today, a caravan remains.

Two weeks ago, the council verbally asked the occupants to leave and its Community Safety Team completed statutory welfare checks.
On September 16, a direction to leave was issued but the camp has not left.
The council says reports of anti-social behaviour and crime at the unauthorised encampment is low.
Legal documents for a warrant of eviction were delivered by hand to Southampton County Court this morning.
The court will now contact the the council's legal team with a court date.
The council says its community safety team is working with the neighbourhood policing team and the legal team.
The council advises that anti-social behaviour and criminality can be reported to police on 101 or on the city council's website.
An unauthorised encampment is a form of trespassing under civil law, according to the city council website.
There is one Southampton City Council authorised site with residential pitches for travellers at Kanes Hill on Botley Road.
