Woking 0 Barnet 0: Barnet were denied a deserved victory in the last minute when a goal-bound shot from Ben Strevens was brilliantly tipped over by Woking's teenage keeper Shwan Jalal.

It was the fourth time in a highly entertaining goalless game at Kingfield on Saturday that the visitors were deprived of a goal by the excellence of Jalal or the woodwork.

In the 23rd minute, lively Junior Agogo did well to reach a long cross from Mark Gower and hooked the ball goalwards, but it hit the bar.

Four minutes later, Gower and Agogo combined and Strevens met Gower's cross with a goal-bound header that was kept out in great style by Jalal, who is on loan from Spurs.

The young keeper continued to excel in the second half, smothering bravely from Frazer Toms after 68 minutes.

Almost immediately, Warren Patmore produced Woking's best effort of the match with a header that was bound for the top corner only for keeper Danny Naisbitt to tip it over.

There was more frustration for the Bees in the 74th minute when man of the match Gower deftly chipped the keeper over Jalal from the edge of the box, but it hit the bar.

For Barnet, Agogo showed pace and skill up front, and skipper Greg Heald was in tremendous form at the back.
