A SERIAL flasher has struck terror in an eight-year-old girl who feared she would be kidnapped when he exposed himself.

The youngster is among five victims of a flasher in Lordswood who has been active since at least July - and who struck again at the weekend.

The mother of one girl said her daughter was left fearing she would be taken by the man, and now cannot sleep.

Speaking to the Daily Echo, she said: "Since that she will not sleep through the night.

"She won't go upstairs on her own - she's absolutely petrified."

When the man struck on August 26 at 11am the girl broke down in tears after she told her mum: "I don't want the man to kidnap me."

Officers scoured the woods on the day and have since been back to hunt for him again.

A woman in her 30s was flashed in the wooded area between Goldcrest Gardens and Turnstone Gardens on July 12.

The eight-year-old was flashed near the entrance to the woodland in Sinclair Road.

On September 23 between 6.25pm and 6.40pm the unknown man exposed himself to a woman in her 50s in the cut way leading out of Turnstone Gardens close to Longleat Gardens.

Two women were also flashed in Lordswood woods near Osprey Close on September 24 at 12.55pm.

The youngster's mother, who also suffered sleepless nights, added: "He's an absolute monster. He shouldn't be out in society."

People in the area have been left "very tense" and "on edge all of the time," said the woman. She has returned to the woods to warn dog walkers and lone joggers.
