A SEARCH has been launched for a missing teenager from Southampton who went missing nearly a week ago.

UPDATE: Hanna has been found

Hanna, 16, was reported missing after she was seen in Sholing last Sunday.

Hanna has since been spotted in New Milton but police say she could also be in the Sholing or Weston areas.

Police and her family say they are "extremely concerned" for her welfare and despite "extensive enquiries" they are yet to locate her.

Now the force is turning to the public for help in their search.

Hanna is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall, of medium build and with long brown hair.

A police spokesperson said: "Can you help us find missing Hanna from Southampton?

"If you have seen her or have any information on her whereabouts, then please call 101, quoting the reference 44220391084."
