A NEW store is set to take over the premises formerly occupied by Victoria's Secret.
The high-end lingerie retailer closed its Westquay store last weekend after moving out of administration and into liquidation.
Its departure is just the latest in a raft of closures hitting Southampton due to the cost of living crisis.
However, it looks like the prominent unit in Westquay won't be empty for long.
The shopping centre has announced plans for a new brand taking over the former Victoria's Secret shop.
But the identity of the brand has not been disclosed at this stage.

A spokesperson for Westquay said: "We have a really exciting brand set to open soon which will really drive customer engagement.
"We’ll be announcing this really soon so please stay tuned."
