THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
DIEGO AVILA ROMERO, 23, of Coventry Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of driving while disqualified. Fined £400 and disqualified from driving for a further six months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.
TRAVIS TEXEIRA, 27, of Malory Close, Southampton. Admitted one charge of the possession of 0.83g of cocaine. Discharged conditionally for 18 months and the cocaine was seized and destroyed. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85.
ALBIE JOYCE, 27, of Barry Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of racially aggravated criminal damage on a black Ford Focus. Remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing at court on October 21 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
EMMA RILEY, 48, Maryland Close, Southampton. Admitted one charge of failing to co-operate with a preliminary test and one charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on October 12.
LORCAN DUBSKY, 34, of Bournemouth Road, Chandler's Ford. Admitted one charge of failing to co-operate with a preliminary test and one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £600. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85.

CONNOR PETERSON, 26, of Cromford Road, Putney, London. Admitted one charge of drink driving in North Baddesley. Disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £577. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £231 and court costs of £85.
RONALD MUJERI, 42, of Macarthur Crescent, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £230. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £92.
PETER COX, 28, of no fixed address. Admitted one charge of fraud. Remanded in custody until the next court hearing for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
ANDREW WILLIAM HENBEST, 36, of Desborough Road, Eastleigh. Admitted breaching supervision requirements following his release from prison by failing to keep in touch with his supervisor. Fined £60.
PETER SIDNEY ROSHER, 35, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching supervision requirements following his release from prison by failing to keep in touch with his supervisor. Committed to prison for 14 days.
