THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
KESTUTIS BALZEKAS, 39, of The Hundred, Romsey. Admitted one charge of harassment, one charge of drink driving, one charge of driving while disqualified and one charge of driving without insurance. Released on unconditional bail until the next court hearing on October 26 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
NICK FIRRELL, 60, of Chestnut Drive, Fair Oak. Admitted one charge of speeding. Driving licence endorsed with three points and fined £100. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
HASHLEEN KAUR, 22, of Clovelly Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of driving without insurance and one charge of driving while disqualified. Ordered to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and disqualified from driving for 41 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
NICOLEA ZELEA, 51, of Somerset Avenue, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drink driving and one charge of driving while disqualified. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months.
MICHAL KUPYCZUK, 26, of Winston Street, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £133. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £53 and court costs of £85.
MARC SCHISAN, 38, of Vinney's Close, Brockenhurst. Admits breaching a curfew imposed by the court. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 costs.
MICHAEL GRASSICK, 37, of Quantock Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Released on unconditional bail until the next court hearing on October 19 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
NATHAN MCMILLAN, 46, of Adelaide Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of the possession of pepper spray. Discharged conditionally for 12 months a pepper spray was seized and destroyed. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £23.
FINLEY MINNS, 19, of High Street, Lymington. Admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Ordered to carry out 30 hours of unpaid work and pay costs of £30.
ANDREW WILLIAM HENBEST, 36, of Desborough Road, Eastleigh. Admitted breaching supervision requirements following his release from prison by failing to keep in touch with his supervisor. Fined £60.
PETER SIDNEY ROSHER, 35, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching supervision requirements following his release from prison by failing to keep in touch with his supervisor. Committed to prison for 14 days.
