A MAN allegedly "tried to hide in a bush" after a two-vehicle crash at a motorway junction, police have said.
Officers were called at 2.36am this morning after reports of the crash involving two vehicles close to the M27 near Fareham.
The incident involving a Ford Fiesta and a Jeep took place on the roundabout at junction 11 of the M27.
But when police arrived, they say a man was allegedly trying to hide from them in a nearby bush.

The driver of the Ford Fiesta, 21-year-old Thomas Dymond of Amberley Road, Portsmouth was arrested.
He has now been charged with failing to provide a specimen.
He has been bailed to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on October 24.
In a post on social media, a police spokesperson said: "2 vehicle RTC at J11, M27, where the driver of the below vehicle decided he didn't want to see us so tried to hide in a bush nearby.
"Unfortunately for him he was found but failed to provide a sample of breath at roadside and in custody. He is now facing a day in court."
