POLICE are appealing for witnesses after 200 cannabis plants were found at a Southampton property.
On Saturday, October 15, officers and firefighters were called to Oakley Road after a fire broke out at a semi-detached home around 4pm.

After the fire was put out, the crew discovered that the property had been converted into a cannabis factory.
Around 200 cannabis plants were found inside the premises.
The blaze is believed to have been started by a mains electricity cable under the lounge floor.
No arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for the force said: "No arrests have been made at this stage, but enquiries continue and we are still appealing for witnesses."
An investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is urged to call 101 quoting crime reference number 44220419859.
