THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
BENJAMIN WOODFORD, 33, of no fixed address. Admitted one charge of criminal damage in Southampton. Remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing on November 30 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
TIM JAMES COE, 54, of High Street, Lymington. Found guilty of one charge of speeding. Disqualified from driving for 28 days and fined £395. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39.
DERHYS DUNKLEY, 26, of Lambhurst Close, Southampton. Admitted one charge of failing to provide police a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £400. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £200.
A 15-YEAR-old boy from Southampton, who cannot be named for legal reasons. Admitted one charge of actual bodily harm. Ordered to attend a youth offender panel for five months.
A 17-YEAR-old boy from Southampton, who cannot be named for legal reasons. Admitted one charge of theft and one charge of criminal damage. Ordered to attend a youth offender panel for six months and to pay a victim surcharge of £22.
KERRY PHILIPS, 34, of Davis Field, New Milton. Admitted one charge theft, one charge of the possession of a knuckleduster in a public place, of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, and one charge of driving without valid insurance. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on November 14 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
