Lifestyle magazine, Muddy Stilettos, recently announced the launch of its 2023 "Top 250 Best Places To Live", which covered more regions than previous lists, with 50 more recommendations than its 2022 annual list. 

It draws upon its unparalleled local knowledge and insight into the 28 most sought-after counties in England, guiding potential buyers to the local hot spots and up-and-coming areas including 10 best places to live in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in 2023.
