Ashley, 37, died at the scene of a 'serious road traffic incident' on Saturday at Tatchbury Lane near Netley Nash.

He leaves behind a wife and five children.

The message on the fundraising page reads: “After a tragic road accident that led to the sudden death of our beloved Ashley. We are trying to come to terms with such a tragic loss.

"He was a hardworking, kind, loving, and totally respected man sadly leaving behind a loving wife and partner of 20 years and 5 beautiful children, Ashley was well-known locally to the Totton community and has left a legacy of skilled work behind."

In a tribute, his family said: "Ash was all of our everythings, he was an amazing fun daddy to his five children and a loving and supportive husband, son, grandson, and cousin to his fabulous big family.
