Cases heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
JOE PINNOCK, of Byron Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving on M27 on February 2 2022. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £500, with £620 costs and £50 victim services surcharge.
SEBASTIAN STEPIEN, 28, of Lisbon Road, Shirley. Pleaded guilty to assaulting emergency worker. Eight-week prison sentence, suspended for for 12 months, £85 costs, and £128 victim services surcharge. Told to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. Also pleaded guilty to second count of assaulting emergency worker. Told to pay £150 compensation and complete rehabilitation activity.
COSTIN STAN, 35, of New Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving at New Road, Southampton, on September 19 2022. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £253 with £85 costs and £101 victim services surcharge.
NICHOLAS FREDERICK GEORGE CROOME, 35, of Pansy Road, Southampton. Admitted failing to comply with supervision order imposed after his release from prison for theft and assault. Returned to prison for 14 days.
MATTHEW SHOPLAND, 41, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to interfering with motor vehicle at Ramsgate on October 18 2022. Fined £40 with £16 victim services surcharge.
DAMIAN TREBERT, 39, of Bar End Road, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to damaging three police cars at Bournemouth on October 15 2022. Told to pay £53.41 compensation.
CONNOR BARROW, 22, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage at Southampton on September 15 2022 and using violence to gain entry to premises. Found guilty of assault. Committed to Southampton Crown Court for sentencing on December 1 2022.
MADALIN DUDAS, 27, of Kent Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding at Maybray King Way, Southampton, on August 14 2021. Fined £133 with £85 costs and £34 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points.
RYAN BARRY MCNEILL, 31, of Orkney Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order, £620 costs, £95 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Told to pay £100 compensation.
