THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

MATTHEW WALLINGFORD, 27, of Bitterne Road Precinct, Southampton. Admitted one charge of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on December 21 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

HANA SIMONOVA, 40, of Irwell Close, Chandler's Ford. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £346. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £138 and court costs of £85.

CRAIG NIXON, 42, of Broadbent Close, Rownhams. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £530. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £212 and court costs of £85.

PHILLIP WALKER, 52, of Briton Street, Southampton. Admitted two charges of drug driving. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on December 16 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

ROWLAND STANFORD, 45, of Hillside Road, Pennington. Admitted one charge of drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £161. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

NATHAN SIMMONS, 36, of Castle Way, Southampton. Admitted one charge of the possession of a class A drug. Drugs seized and destroyed. Fined £81. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

KRISTOFOR WILSON, 36, of Westfield Avenue, Fareham. Admitted one charge of criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for six months and fined £519.95.

KATIE HARDING, 19, of Bowland Rise, New Milton. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 15 months and fined £392. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £157 and court costs of £85.

MARCIN SZCZUCINSKI, 31, of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton. Failed to comply with a community order. Fined £233 and ordered to pay £60 in costs.

DANIEL SIMEN, 31, of Brading Close, Southampton. Failed to comply with a community order. Fined £430 and ordered to pay £60 in costs.
