The 28-year-old appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court in relation to the incidents in the village of Marchwood, near Southampton, in July 2021.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson confirmed she is currently suspended from duty.
PC Thurley, of Woking, Surrey, who wore her dark hair tied up in a ponytail, wore a black jumper and grey trousers to the hearing which lasted only a few minutes.
She did not speak during the brief appearance and District Judge Peter Greenfield committed the case to be heard before Southampton Crown Court in January next year.
