Southampton's Christmas market has been operating for a month now, and with just over a week until Christmas Day it is likely to see a surge in people visiting.
Organisers Wela Märkets had unexpectedly decided not to hold the annual event, but S&D Leisure stepped in at short notice to keep one going.
There are many individual stalls selling seasonal gifts alongside crêpes, German sausages, cheeses, and other Christmassy nibbles.
Bars are offering festive Glühwein, tasty hot chocolates and hot mulled cider, whilst there are also fairground rides to enjoy.
