"Always smiling," "kind and caring", "gone but never forgotten".
This is how Teresa Grimes, the pub landlady killed in a crash in West End on Saturday night, will be remembered by those who knew her.
Friends, punters and strangers alike have been signing the Daily Echo's book of condolence to pay tribute to the 50-year-old grandmother of three.
They have been sharing their memories of Teresa and messages of support for her family.

Dawn Warman from West End said she will always remember her best friend for their "fun filled holidays with plenty of vodka".
She described Teresa as "my right hand vodka pal", adding: "anywhere we went we made sure there was fun & laughter, you are my rock, my soul mate, my drinking, shopping & eating bud."
Swaythling resident, Richard Donnelly, said Teresa, who ran West End Brewery, was "the best landlady the pub had".
"Teresa and Brian turned the pub around to become such a great place to visit for a drink or a lovely meal, she was always caring making sure her customers were ok, she loved my dog Lennox and made us so welcome."
"We moved to West End in 2013 and soon discovered the West End Brewery," said Amy Kneller. "Teresa was always so welcoming when we visited."
Francoise Welch's memories of Teresa are also linked to the pub.
"If we had a query or needed help Teresa always found a solution," he said.
"Her warmth and welcoming smile made the pub a very pleasant place to go. We will miss her."
Lou Mccall, from Millbrook, added: "I knew Teresa and Brian for a very long time, always so warm and welcoming, made my partner and my newborn so welcome, always had time for everyone and brought so much happiness into our lives."
Jacqueline Middleton said Teresa was a dog lover and would always spoil her dog Tilly who is blind.
In a tribute addressed to Teresa, the Chandler's Ford resident wrote: "Teresa, I should not be writing this tribute, you should be here, you will always be an eternal flame in the West End for all the lives you have touched, I will miss your beautiful smile."

After the crash in West End High Street, police arrested a 28-year-old Southampton man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving a motor vehicle with alcohol above the limit, driving while unfit through drink, and driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs.
He has since been released under investigation.
