The chance to own a pub may be an aspiration for some, and if you're in Southampton there is one for sale currently if you were interested.
Located over in Freemantle, the Waterloo Arms is on sale now for £495,000, as listed on the BusinessesForSale.com page.
Pubs in England and Wales have had a hard time of it in the last couple of decades, with record numbers closing.
BBC News reported back in July last year that the number of pubs fell to 39,970 which is 7,000 less than the number open in 2012.
The Waterloo Arms temporarily closed back in November so if you wanted to restore a local pub to its community then take a look inside.

On its BusinessesForSale.com page, it states that the pub is located in a "mature residential area" which is just a mile west of the Southampton city centre.
It can accommodate a decent number of people with 65 at the bar, 35 in the conservatory and 60 in the enclosed garden area.
Additionally, the property comes with a three-bedroom owner's accommodation.
The Waterloo Arms used to be a lively pub for the local community, hosting live music nights and karaoke among other things.
Alongside that its conservatory was available for hire for functions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals and christenings.
The traditional public house was owned by the Hop Back brewery group, which had their stock on tap alongside a number of guest beers.
On their website, it says: "A proper, traditional public house, ably run by Alan and Annette. Life here revolves around serving fantastic beer for our friendly local customers.
"Our cosy front bar is the perfect place to chat during those cold winter evenings, while our rear conservatory and beer garden are ideal for when things warm up a little. We are family and dog friendly."
It's the sort of pub that could likely bring people together in the local community if new owners came in.
