THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
ANDREW HENBEST, 37, of Desborough Road, Eastleigh. Admitted three charges of theft. Remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing at court on January 24 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
VESELI DORAND, 25, of no fixed address. Admitted one charge of the possession of cocaine and one charge of driving without insurance. Fined £320. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.
ADAM JONES, 27, of Station Road, Romsey. Admitted two charged of assaulting an emergency worked and one charge of the possession of Diazepam. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85.
ANTHONY WALSH, 47, of no fixed address. Admitted one charge of driving without a licence, two charges of drug driving, one charge of obstructing a police officer, and one charge of driving without insurance. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing.
RICHARD BURLEY, 38, of Campbell Road, Eastleigh. Admitted one charge of the theft of a Playstation 4. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and handed a restraining order banning him from contacting the victim.
ADAM MAJ, 27, of Newcombe Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £650. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £260 and court costs of £85.
SAMANTHA KING, 51, of Itchenside Close, Southampton. Admitted one charge of theft. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114.
SCOTT BARTLETT, 34, of The Avenue, Southampton. Admitted one charge of breaching a sexual harm prevention order. Committed to Crown Court for sentence in custody.
MELINDA KONERTH, 40, of Pickwich Close, Totton. Admitted one charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police and one charge of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £326. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £89 and court costs of £85.
CHRISTOPHER PENFOLD, 37, of Newcombe Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £600. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £240 and court costs of £85.
