AN air ambulance was spotted flying over the skies of Southampton this evening.

Around 7.15pm the air ambulance was heard flying over Palmerston Park.

The helicopter flew in circles over Newtown and Palmerston Park before flying east.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance has been contacted by the Daily Echo.
