THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
KEHNAN HUGHES, 24, of Shakespeare Road, Eastleigh. Admitted one charge of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.
BLAKE LANNING, 34, of High Street, Eastleigh. Admitted one charge of drug driving. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on February 13 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
ADRIAN SUGDEN, 60, of Grainger Gardens, Southampton. Admitted two charges of drug driving. Handed an interim disqualification and remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on March 13 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
RYAN MURRAY, 26, of North Lodge, Warnford. Admitted one charge of failing to provide police with a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £600. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £240 and court costs of £85.
KARL CHADWICK, 30, of Long Lane, Holbury. Admitted one charge of being in possession of a class A drug. Fined £346 and the drugs were destroyed by police. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £138 and court costs of £85.
THEODORE SHAW, 18, of Roman Road, Dibden Purlieu. Admitted two charges of drug driving. Disqualified form driving for 12 months and fined £200. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85.
OLIVER PRITCHARD, 19, of Church Close, North Baddesley. Admitted one charge of drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £360. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £144 and court costs of £85.
