A DRIVER who drove at 101mph on the M3 near Winchester has been banned for 14 days.

Shaun Lesney, 55, of Latimer Street, Southampton, was in a 10-reg Jaguar when clocked by police on the motorway at East Stratton on October 29 2021, a court heard.

Lesney admitted the charge before Aldershot Magistrates Court on February 6.

Magistrates imposed the two-week disqualification along with a £280 fine, £110 costs and a £34 victim surcharge, to be paid by March 6.
