THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
MICHAEL REYNOLDS, 66, of Brittany Close, Marchwood. Admitted one charge of driving while disqualified and one charge of driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for six months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85.
DYLAN HENDRICKS, 35, of Newcombe Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of racially aggravated harassment and one charge of being drunk and disorderly in public. Committed to prison for 15 weeks suspended for 12 months.
RICHARD BAKER, 40, of no fixed address. Admitted one charge of assault by beating. Jailed for 28 weeks.
STEVEN BAKER, 59, of Radley Close, Hedge End. Admitted one charge of harassment without violence. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on April 5 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
ABIGAIL BAKER, 43, of Radley Close, Hedge End. Admitted one charge of the possession of amphetamine. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £50.
CHARLIE GORMAN, 34, of High View Way, Southampton. Found guilty of one charge of speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points and fined £200. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85.
ARTUR BALAWENDER, 30, of Canon Place, Southampton. Found guilty of one charge of speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points and fined £100. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85.
DANIEL MARCZYLO, 36, of Hedley Close, Fawley. Admitted one charge of common assault and one charge of using threatening and abusive words and behaviour. Handed a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim or visiting his address until February 12, 2025, and fined £50. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £45.
PAUL LEDGER, 51, of Brook, Lyndhurst. Admitted one charge of driving without insurance. Disqualified fro 28 days and fined £750. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £90.
