A MAN has been banned from a Starbucks café after harassing a woman.
Robert McClory harassed his victim for almost a month by repeatedly contacting her, her family and the Starbucks cafe where she worked.
The 60-year-old carried out the offence between May 25 and June 18 last year.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he admitted one charge of harassment without violence.
McClory, of Malwood Avenue, Southampton, was handed a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim, directly or indirectly, and from contacting or visiting Starbucks on Eddystone Road in Totton until February 14, 2025.
He was fined £40 and also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £95.
