AN UNINSURED drink driver was more than three times the limit.
Ian Baker was caught drink driving in a BMW 316 on the A35 on January 26 in Totton.
The 37-year-old was found to have 134mgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath.
He was also found to have no insurance.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he admitted one charge of drink driving and one charge of driving without insurance.
Baker, of Sycamore Road, Hythe, was disqualified from driving for 32 months and ordered to carry out 210 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £85.
