A yellow weather warning for snow in Southampton has been extended for another day as the cold snap sweeps in.
The Met Office issued the warning for snowfall in the city Wednesday, with snow now expected on Thursday too.
The warning also covers Eastleigh, Winchester, Romsey, the New Forest, and the surrounding areas.
It's in place from 12am on Wednesday until 9am on Thursday.
Huge swathes of the country are set for snow this week as temperatures plummet.
The Met Office has warned that "spells of snow" on Wednesday may cause travel disruption from Wednesday into Thursday morning.
There may be travel delays on roads, stranding some vehicles and passengers.
Bus and train services may be delayed or cancelled, with some road closures and longer journey times possible
Some rural communities could become temporarily cut off, and power cuts may occur and other services could be temporarily affected.
Pedestrians and cyclists have been warned that untreated pavements and cycle paths might be impassable, with a chance of slips and falls on snow-covered or icy surfaces.
