ANIMAL Search UK's missing pet search team are out today in Fair Oak near Eastleigh on the hunt for a missing cat.

Cooky disappeared from her home in Fair Oak on Saturday, March 4. Her owners said that this disappearance is out of character for Cookie and that they are concerned about what might have happened to her.

Missing pet organisation Animal Search UK is conducting a search for Cooky in the local area today, March 10, and are calling on residents for help.

Her owners said: “We are utterly heartbroken and unable to get a good night's sleep without knowing if she is safe. Please keep an eye out, check out buildings and if you have any information, please contact Animal Search. Thank you all.”

Alisha Turner from Animal Search UK said: “Everything seemed normal the morning of when Cooky went missing, her not coming home regularly throughout the day is very out of character. With her being a nervous and skittish cat, it is likely she will not approach someone for help.
