A girl has been seriously injured after being hit by a car on a busy road.
Officers were called to Twyford Road in Eastleigh on Saturday following reports of a crash involving a Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 12-year-old girl, suffered serious injuries to her arm and head and was rushed to hospital.

Her injuries are not deemed to be life-threatening.
Hampshire police are now calling on anyone who witnessed the incident or captured it or the events leading up to it on a dash cam, to call 101 quoting 44230098360.
