A FLASHER exposed himself to a woman three times during an incident near the Dolphin Hotel, according to police reports.
He is also said to have chased a flower seller on the city's high street.
A 25-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency in connection with the incident at around 3.15pm on Friday.
However, he has since been released from custody on police bail.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to help them with their enquiries.
A spokesperson for the force, said: "Were you in the area at the time? Perhaps you have mobile phone or CCTV footage?
"We are particularly keen to speak with the man who was chased by the suspect, as he may have phone footage that could help us."
