A WOMAN arrested on suspicion of neglect after a child died has had her bail date extended.
Emergency services rushed to a home on Wharncliffe Road after a three-year-old was reported to be seriously unwell.
Paramedics worked to help the child who was sadly pronounced dead a short time later on the morning December 29.

A 40-year-old woman from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of neglect and causing or allowing the death of a child.
Her bail date how now been extended.
She was originally released on conditional police bail until Wednesday, March 29, but this date has been extended until June 29.
Police confirmed they are "completing further enquiries" with the coroner to understand the circumstances surrounding the child’s death.
