THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ABDUL CHOUDHURY, 43, of Steuart Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving whilst using handheld mobile phone on M3 on September 15 2022. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points, £40 fine, £110 costs, £16 victim services surcharge.
HARRIET DYBALL, 31, of Chalkhill Meadow, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty to exceeding 30mph speed limit at St Mary's Place/Kingsway on January 1 2022. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points, £340 fine, £110 costs, £34 victim services surcharge.
STUART FYFE, 29, of Eastbourne Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to exceeding 70mph speed limit on M27 at Fareham on September 15 2022. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.
DARREN TAYLOR, 58, of Winchester Road, Chilworth. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol and self-service scanner, together valued at £650, from Waitrose at Chandler's Ford on February 10 2023. Fined £283 with £85 costs and £113 victim services surcharge.
MICHAEL CHRISTIAN, 59, of Ventnor Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving at Church Hill, Southampton, on January 13 2023. Banned from driving for 12 months, £80 fine, £32 victim services surcharge. No order for costs.
JORDAN HUNT, 24, of Hawkers Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis at Southampton on March 13 2023. Banned from driving for 12 months, £80 fine, £85 costs, £32 victim services surcharge.
SARAH HUNT, 39, of Wildern Lane, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving at Napier Road, Southampton, on March 15 2023. Banned from driving for 12 months, £80 fine, £32 victim services surcharge.
ROSS FLITNEY, 38, of Rosewall Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance at Romsey Road, Southampton, on September 1 2022. Fined £461 with £110 costs and £184 victim services surcharge, driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Also pleaded guilty to driving with a defective tyre. No separate penalty.
