A SOUTHAMPTON man had more than 300 prohibited images of children, a court heard.
Sean Raven was found to be in the possession of hundreds of indecent images on March 2, 2020.
The 24-year-old was found to have 314 prohibited images.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court this week, he admitted one charge of the possession of prohibited images of a child.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge of making indecent images of a child.
This charge does not relate to the production of the images but rather the viewing of them.
Raven, of Adey Close, Southampton, was remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on May 9 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
