A WOMAN has suffered serious injuries after scaffolding collapsed on her in Fareham high street.
Police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the scene at West Street, Fareham just before 1.45pm.
This relates to scaffolding which collapsed just outside Halifax Bank.
A police spokesperson said a woman has suffered "serious injuries" and is being treated by paramedics.

Pictures show the scaffolding strewn across the street.
In a tweet, Fareham Police said: "FarehamPolice are dealing with an injury related incident on West Street, Fareham.
"Multi agency incident involving all Emergency Services who are on scene.
"Please do not loiter or film us at work. Be considerate of the injured parties dignity."
Fire crews from Fareham and Cosham stations attended with one crew remaining at the scene.
The fire service said they are there to "provide assistance with scene safety" and have now passed the incident over to the police.
Emergency services have been approached for more information.
