AN Audi driver has been arrested after police conducted a drug wipe in Totton.
Officers saw the vehicle, which was believed to be involved in multiple 'making off without payment' offences on the M271.
The vehicle stopped in Commercial Road and officers spoke to the driver, who provided a positive drugs wipe for cocaine.
The driver, a 37-year-old man from Southampton, was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.

He was also arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled drug of Class A.
He has since been released from police custody and remains under investigation while enquiries continue.
The incident happened on Friday night.
