QUEEN Mary 2 was towed through Southampton Water yesterday to make space for P&O's Britannia.
Photos shared on social media show her being moved to the City Cruise Terminal with the help of tugboats.
Cunard's flagship ocean liner had been moored at Southampton Ocean Terminal since Sunday when her scheduled voyage to New York was cancelled due to a technical fault.
Thousands of passengers were left stranded in the city.
ABP said the ship would face "an extended stay in port" as engineers worked to fix the issue.
However, Cunard announced a five-night Coronation Celebration voyage around the British Isles which will depart from Southampton next week.
A spokesperson said the technical teams have completed their work and Queen Mary 2 will disembark from Southampton on Tuesday, May 2.
