THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

ALBERT BOWERS, 52, of Botley Road, Southampton. Found guilty of exceeding temporary 50mph speed limit on M27 at Eastleigh. Three penalty points on driving licence, fined £440 with £620 costs and £44 victim services surcharge.

DAMIAN WALKOWIAK, 32, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to give information about the identity of a driver at Fareham on February 23 2022. Six penalty points on driving licence, fined £660 with £620 costs and £66 victim services surcharge. Found not guilty of speeding at St Mary's Place/Kingsway on January 19 2022.

MICHAEL BISHOP, 35, of Fleming Avenue, North Baddesley. Pleaded guilty to harassment without violence at Portchester between September 15 2022 and October 30 2022. Community order, restraining order, £85 costs and £114 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to bail. No separate penalty.

CHRISTIAN STEELE, 41, of Manor Farm Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance at Sussex Road, Southampton, on February 16 2023. Community order, driving record endorsed, £114 fine, £85 costs.

DANIEL HELCOOP, 39, of Bourne Lane, Woodlands. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving at Rownhams Road, Southampton, on April 9 2022. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £84 with £300 costs and £34 victim services surcharge.

ALES HAJEK, 27, of Whites Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to taking vehicle without consent and driving while disqualified. Remanded on unconditional bail until August 16 2023.

NATALIE BOWYER, 47, of Neva Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing, jointly with another, baby clothing valued at £136 at Hedge End on January 21 2022. Remanded on conditional bail until September 13 2023.

KATO SMART, 20, of Victoria Road, Bishop's Waltham. Pleaed guilty to three counts of common assault at Southampton on February 8 2022. Community order, £85 costs, £95 victim services surcharge.
