A NEW restaurant promising to provide "the ultimate burger feast" has opened its doors in Southampton this week.
Bürgshake has taken over the premises formerly occupied by The Eat Good Club at 321 Shirley Road.
The new eatery opened on Monday and gave out free burgers to the first 100 customers.
A Facebook post reads: "The wait is finally over.
"Bürgshake is officially open in Southampton.
"We are celebrating with free burgers for the first 100 lucky customers.
"Come and join us at 321 Shirley Road (SO15 3HW) and experience the ultimate burger feast."

The menu features chicken burgers, beef smashed burgers, spicy peri wraps, mac and cheese bites, cheesy Cheeto fries, and more.
Vegetarian options like falafel burgers and wraps are also available.

A wide range of milkshakes and waffles is also on the menu.
The shop has three stores across the UK, including Liverpool, London, and Lancaster, making Southampton its fourth site.
Bürgshake is open throughout the week from 12 noon until 11pm.
