A van driver faces prosecution for stopping to take pictures of a crash.
The driver stopped at the scene in the New Forest to snap a picture of the overturned car.

He was caught by officers and 'sent on his way with prosecuting paperwork'.
The crash, which happened on Applemore Hill Saturday afternoon, is believed to have been caused by 'distracted driving'.
No injuries were reported.
